Customer Care
Safety is of the highest priority. Risk assessments are taken before each session. We will ensure all staff are fully trained and qualified to complete the necessary role.
We are committed to providing quality of the highest order when it comes to our customers. We have very high standards and regularly look at ways in which we can improve. We will ensure excellent communication and a positive attitude towards customers and treat them just as we would wish to be treated ourselves.
COVID-19
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 everyone should keep a 2-metre distance where possible.
Participants must bring their own ball to bowl with and not swap and use each other's kit.
If you have received a positive test or have been told to isolate please inform us immediately so that we can take the appropriate steps to advise everyone.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your session and you have given us more than 24 hours notice we will look to rearrange your session for a mutually convenient day/time. If we cannot find a suitable time you will be refunded.

If you decide to cancel your session and inform us within 24 hours of your session due to start you will not be eligible for a refund. Any sessions not paid in advance will have to be paid for within 10 days.

Those who pay weekly for indoor sessions, i.e. not taking the full block booking offers, should pay in advance on the Monday preceding the corresponding Saturday to lock in their slot/spot. Failure to do this will open the slot/spot to others.

For cancellations on block booking offers starting in October 2022, the same 24 hour rule will apply to each session, however this will only be for two sessions. For example, if you have cancelled two previous sessions (even with more than 24 hours notice) and you need to cancel a third session, you will not be refunded. If you cancel within 24 hours of a session it will not count towards one of your two cancelled sessions but you will not be refunded for that session. Payments should be made before the 9th September 2022 before slots/spots will be offered to others.
